He has significant achievements in developing growth strategies, directing organizational change and generating excellent returns for divisions of Schering, AG in Spain, Germany, Colombia, Venezuela, China and Japan. He has successfully led start-ups, built new plants, reorganized large-scale operations, sourced and negotiated joint ventures, completed mergers & acquisitions, and consistently delivered strong bottom-line results.
